Inline Hand Wash Sterilizer

The Wassco inline Hand wash sterilizer enables you to wash the knife and sterilize it in one operation. The knife is passed through the 43 degree water rinsing the blade, into a chamber that is separated from the 43 degree water. The 82 degree water sprays over the blade as it is passed into the chamber. When the knife is withdrawn the 43 degree water cools the blade down, this reduces the chances of cutting with a hot knife.
