WFR3 Vertical French Rack Machine

  • The WASSCO Vertical French Rack Machine Model WFR3 is a semi automatic machine to hygienically strip soft material from the bone of lamb, veal or pork racks, chilled or semi-frozen, presented to it, to create the traditional French Rack cut from the ribs of lamb, veal or pork.
  • It functions by directing jets of very high pressure water onto the item to be stripped in a controlled cycle. The operator has only to position the item in the product slot, close the product lid and wait for the lid to open after few seconds before removing the finished product.
  • The machine is designed to be simple and safe to use and maintain so long as the instructions in this manual are fully complied with.
  • There are currently two variations of the machine - the Standard model and the "L" model. The L model features a longer product bed and a sliding valve to prevent spray escaping when cutting short racks on this longer bed.
  • In all other respects it is the same as the Standard machine.
